How and who may apply?
Our music curriculum ranges from the Beginner level to the Professional level.
You are a professional musician: we advise you the Extensive Professional Course.
You are part-time musician: the Extensive Professional Course or the General Course are advised.
You are a non professional musician :
- Beginner : The Initiation Course is conceived for you
- You already have some experience (instrument practice and music theory): the General Course or Strengthened General Course are advised. (From level 2 to level IV).
If you respect the application deadline, you can enroll in our school. In case of a low level, or of an overloaded course, the Jam School, after mutual agreement, may propose another course to the student; more adapted to his/her level.
Application
1 – Pre-application
All students wishing to apply to JAM school can do a preliminary application in June. It can assure you of being enrolled for the school year. You can apply by mail. Then, you have to contact us in September to confirm your enrolment and to make an appointment for the music test.
Please, do not forget to precise your: name, surname, complete address, phone number(s), age, profession (optional), instrument and the course you are applying for (even though you are not sure about your level).
Please also join: 2 photos, 2 stamps, a 200 € deposit cheque (which will not be return if you cancel your application, but which will be deduced from the annual tuition fees, in September).
2 – September enrolment
You have to pay your annual tuition fees (you can pay it in three instalments) as well as the 50 € appliance fees.
2 photos and 2 stamps are required. Once you are enrolled, you will be given a precise date and time for the music test (that will occur at the end of September).
Start date of the classes: October, 8th.
